How did we get started?

The owner/founder had been developing web applications for several years. He was approached by a collegue who asked if he would like to earn a little extra money by setting up and maintaining a website, which he agreed to do. He then began helping other small businesses set up websites for their businesses. Eventually, he created this on-line service for other businesses with a similar need.
